Smoke and Temperature Detection
Certain smoke sensors come equipped with temperature sensing capabilities. In addition to detecting smoke, they monitor sudden temperature changes. In some cases, there may not be enough smoke to trigger an alarm, but a significant temperature rise can still indicate danger.
If the temperature exceeds 54 degrees Celsius, the sensor will detect the change and issue a threat alert.
Quick Detection and Water-Resistant Design
The Fibaro Flood Sensor features a durable design that can withstand temperatures ranging from -10 to +95 degrees Celsius, making it effective for both rapid and gradual flooding events.
Its waterproof casing ensures that the sensor won’t get submerged. It floats on the water’s surface, continuously transmitting signals to the main controller even during a flood.
Integrate with Other Devices
The Fibaro Smoke Sensor can seamlessly connect with other devices in the Fibaro Ecosystem. In the event of a fire, the sensor will immediately report to the HC2 controller, allowing prompt action to be taken.
